If you are unhappy with your order please

We will refund the cost of your order (excluding delivery) if it is
returned to us in perfect condition. Foodstuffs - eg. wedding fortune
cookies cannot be returned as we would be unable to
re-sell these and the same applies to any personalised item. eg.
personalised boxes. We do offer a samples service if you want to see an
item and check colour etc before placing your order. Samples can be
